Photos are delivered within 24 hours via a private online gallery, with files split by platform for MLS, web, and Instagram. Same-day rush delivery is available.

Do you travel outside of Vancouver?

Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are covered at no extra charge, including the North Shore. Squamish, Whistler, Tsawwassen, and further areas are available for a small travel fee.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The shoot moves to the next dry slot at no charge. If a tight deadline is at risk, a vetted second shooter is brought in at no extra cost.

What should I do to prepare the property?

Open all blinds, turn on all interior lights including lamps, and remove vehicles from the driveway. A detailed prep checklist is sent when you book.

Who owns the rights to the photos?

You receive a full commercial licence to use the images for MLS, your personal brand, and your portfolio indefinitely. Galleries stay live for 12 months with free re-delivery any time.
