Most photography and floor plan orders are delivered within 24 hours. Same-day rush delivery is available for select shoots when confirmed in advance. Video, drone, and larger commercial packages are typically delivered within 48 hours.

Can I bundle Matterport, floor plans, drone, or video with the same booking?

Yes. We can combine photography, 2D floor plans, Matterport 3D tours, drone, and walk-through video in one booking and confirm the right mix before the shoot.

Do you travel across Greater Vancouver?

Travel across Metro Vancouver service areas is included. If the property sits outside the core area, any travel fee is confirmed before booking.

What should I book if I only have the address so far?

Send the address or square footage and we will recommend the right photo package, plus any floor plans, Matterport, drone, or video that make sense for the property.
