Fill out the booking form on any service page or email us at zaid@coastalphoto.ca. We'll confirm availability within 2 business hours and send a prep checklist ahead of the shoot.

We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekend shoots. For same-week bookings, reach out directly by phone. We often have last-minute openings.

Most clients leave a lockbox code or arrange access with their property manager. Just make sure the space is prepped and accessible. We'll handle the rest.

Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours of the shoot. All files are delivered via a private online gallery, optimized for both MLS upload and high-resolution print. Rush same-day delivery is available on request.

You'll receive high-resolution JPEGs ready for MLS, print, and web. Airbnb and short-term rental packages also include platform-optimised crops sized for Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com upload specs. RAW files are not included by default but can be arranged.

Your gallery stays active for 12 months. Download your files as soon as you receive the link and keep your own backup copy.

All packages are flat rates with no hidden fees for editing, delivery, or Metro Vancouver travel. The only extras are optional add-ons (drone, video reel, floor plans) and travel fees for shoots outside the Lower Mainland.

Yes. Recurring listing work can be quoted by volume and scope. The public rate sheet stays fixed, and repeat-booking adjustments are confirmed directly before the next shoot.

Yes. If you have steady listing volume, send your typical monthly shoot count and the services you usually need. We will confirm a simple recurring rate or bundled quote that matches the new Coastal rate sheet.

It depends on the mix of photos, floor plans, video, drone, and twilight work. The pricing page shows the public rates; recurring quotes are confirmed case by case so the scope stays accurate.

Common recurring bundles include:

• Photography plus floor plans
• Photography plus drone photos
• Photography, walkthrough video, and social reels

No long-term contract is required for standard recurring work. If your listing pace changes, we adjust future quotes instead of locking you into a package you do not need.

Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are covered at no extra charge. Travel fees apply for the following areas:

Declutter counters, open all blinds, turn on every light (including lamps), and move vehicles out of the driveway. We send a Homeowner Prep Checklist when you book. It covers everything in detail.

We do minor rearranging as part of every shoot (repositioning a chair, adjusting cushions, clearing a counter). Full staging is outside our scope, but we can recommend local staging partners if needed.

We'll wait up to 15 minutes. If the shoot can't proceed after that, it's treated as an on-site cancellation and a $100 return-visit fee applies. This is rare. Our prep checklist prevents it in almost every case.

The photographer retains copyright, but you receive a full commercial licence to use the images for marketing the property, your personal brand, and your professional portfolio, across all platforms, indefinitely.

Your licence covers Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, MLS/Realtor.ca, your website, social media, print advertising, and any other promotional use. The only restriction is reselling or sublicensing the images to third parties.

Reschedule up to 24 hours before your shoot at no charge.

For shoots that include drone or twilight exteriors, we monitor the forecast closely and will reach out if conditions look problematic. Weather-related rescheduling is always free of charge.
