Zaid Taie is a Vancouver-based founder and photographer who grew up on Vancouver Island. His background in fine arts and economics shaped an eye for light, composition, and thoughtful design.
Through Airbnb Pro Photography, he refined a natural, detail-driven approach to photographing homes with character. Off site, he is usually climbing, riding the coast, or convincing himself he only needs one more camera.
Favorite hobbies
Climbing, coastal motorcycle rides, slow hikes, and taking photos even when the camera was supposed to stay at home.
Favorite coffee style
Simple, strong coffee. Usually the kind that gets finished while checking light direction before a shoot.
Favorite travel feeling
Arriving somewhere quiet near water, walking without a fixed plan, and noticing the small design choices that make a place feel considered.
What I notice first in a room
Window light, symmetry, texture, and whether the room feels honest in person. The edit starts before the camera comes out.
